All Bookings

• All prices are exclusive of VAT
• All external expenses such as road tolls, congestion charges and parking fees will be billed separately.

Flat Rate Bookings

• All flat rate pick-ups and drop-offs will be within London zone 1.
• Please note all external charges such as airport parking and the Congestion Charge are billed separately.

Hourly Rate Bookings

• Hourly rates based on journeys within London zones 1-4.
• Please note all external charges such as airport parking and the Congestion Charge are billed separately.

Distance Rate Bookings

• If your journey is outside the parameters of our booking system (i.e. journies ending outside of the UK), please enquire via our contact page and we will get back to you shortly.
• Please ensure that your journey consists of a minimum of 40 miles before using our Distance toggle in order to receive an accurate quotation. Alternatively you can contact one of our team directly for any journeys falling outside of these parameters.

Online Reservations

• Select the car that suits your budget and your travel needs. All online prices are exclusive of external charges such as airport parking and the London Congestion Charge..
• Please provide us full details of your trip including date & time, flight number, request a child seat or any other special request you may have.
• Secure payment online payment. Paypal and all major debit and credit cards accepted.
• Booking confirmation directly to your inbox. Chauffeur details are emailed to you the evening before travel
• Hourly rates based on London pickup within zones 1-4.
